Overall it was a great experience. I was hesitant to use Redfin at first. If it wasn’t for the lower fees I may not have taken the chance to use Redfin. I’ve been a fan of the platform since 2016. I have to say the platform is even better than I initially thought. I used it mainly to search for properties and basically keep me up to date on the state of the housing market. After my initial meeting with Roddy, I felt that it was worth trying to list my property with Redfin. I like the the idea of being able to test the initial listing price with a smaller segment of buyers. I was impressed with the platforms ability to report different data points from the time the property was listed - like how many people are viewing the property online, how my property compares to the benchmark etc. It gave me confidence that my property will sell fast. Roddy and his team was like a well oiled machine. Roddy was very knowledgeable, had pretty good instincts and gave me good advice.
